Do I need to mail you my original documents for translation?

No, you don't need to mail the originals to me. You can scan and email them to me to anastassia@regaltranslations.com

i have several documents that need to be translated urgently, can it be done and how much will this service cost me?

Yes, all services can be done on short notice for an additional 50% charge on top of the original price.

How can i pay you?

A.

I accept payments either through PayPal to anastassia@regaltranslations.com or mailing a check made to Anastassia Ash. All payments must be made in advance. As soon as I receive your payment I start my translation.

In how many days will my translation be ready?

A.

As soon as I receive your payment I start the translation. Usually it takes 4-5 business days depending on the amount and complexity of the work involved. Please email me for a more accurate time estimate or urgent request.

How do I get my translation or notarization back?

A.

Usually I email my translation project back to your email address. If you requested certification or notarization of my translation, I mail those back to your mailing address by Priority Mail, but before that can scan it and email it to you too if necessary.

Do you do high volume translation?

A.

Yes, I can fulfill high volume translation orders. Please email me regarding days and price.

Do you work with companies or private individuals?

My requests come from both different companies and private individuals, and I am happy to help them with their translation needs.
